An accelerator for ministry builders reaching the next generation with God's Word.
Catalyze Lab is a six-month accelerator powered by OneHope and Missional Labs. It equips early-stage ministry builders with the formation, strategy, coaching, and relationships needed to strengthen their models and accelerate their impact.
Helping ministry builders accelerate impact for the next generation.
Reaching the next generation with the Gospel will require bold new ministry models.
Across the global Church, from Nairobi to Singapore to Sao Paolo, leaders are developing approaches to evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, church planting, digital mission, and more.
Yet most early-stage builders lack the formation, support, and relationships needed to turn promising models into durable ministries and movements.
Catalyze Lab exists to accelerate these builders and strengthen what they are building.
For early-stage ministry builders.
Catalyze Lab is a six-month accelerator for builders developing new models of next-generation ministry.
Each selected builder joins a global cohort and receives strategic coaching, experienced mentors, peer learning, and connections through OneHope and Missional Labs. The program helps builders become clearer in their vision, sharper in their model, stronger in their leadership, and better positioned for their next stage of growth.
Catalyze Lab is designed for builders who have moved beyond an initial idea but are still early enough to shape and strengthen the model.
Backed by leading mentors.
Catalyze Lab is fueled by global practitioners across Scripture engagement, youth ministry, technology, church leadership, and mission, helping builders sharpen their models and build with wisdom.
